Brettanomyces Detection by PCR
Concerned wild yeast may be the culprit of an off flavor or unpredictable fermentation? Our Brettanomyces service detects Brettanomyces/Dekkera species known to pose a threat to beer quality. Results are semi-quantitative and reported as positive - low level, positive - high level, or negative.
